Many Thanks - Doodles Paper Playground

Many Thanks

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I used Lawn Fawn Happy Harvest stamp set.
I decided I wanted to paper piece the scarecrows clothes and hat.
I stamped his shirt and hat on the plaid and went with blue for his overalls.

I fussy cut them out and glued them all together.

I stamped and die cut the scarecrow and added the clothes.

I colored the pumpkins with copic markers.

I cut my base panels and stamped my sentiment.

I added the acetate and double layer of foam tape.
I placed my base panel on my card front, I used a top folding card base for this one.

I laid out my sequins and added my top panel.

I added all my images and also added some sequins to the front.

For this card I used the Sparkle Blend Be-Leaf in Yourself from
Doodles Paper Playgrounds new August release.

I am really loving the flat glitter sequins and
this mix has cute little maple leaves!

There are more great Sparkle Blends and a large assortment of items for all your crafty projects over at White Rose Crafts!

Pool Party!!!!

Hello and thank you for joining us for the Beth Duff Designs August blog hop! We are happy to have you hopping along with us! Our team and guest designers have created some amazing projects to share with you. Hop along to get some BDD inspiration.

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

For this card I used the Pool Party stamp set

I cut two base panels from Lawn Fawn Vanilla Malt card stock.

I stamped and colored my image and sentiment onto the smaller base panel.

Next I die cut my slider track.

For my slider I use a penny.
I put a single piece of foam tape onto the penny.

The back of the top panel get a double layer of foam tape.
That creates space for the penny to slide freely.
I attached the beach ball to the front of the penny.

Next was to attach the panel to the card base.

To finish the card I added a few clear sequins and some star sequins.

Your next stop on the hop is with Mary Kay!

I added the acetate and standard double layer of foam tape tot he back of my panel.

I added my base panel to my card front, measured out my sequins and
then placed my top panel down.

To finish the card I added additional sequins to the front.

Hello Sunshine Box Card - Beth Duff Designs

Hello Sunshine

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I decided to make a box card!
I die cut all my box card pieces and stamped/cut/colored my images from
Beth Duff Designs stamp set Pool Party

I put together the box portion. . .

Added some die cut waves and decorative panels.

I wanted my little pool girl to be floating in the waves so I cut off her legs!!!
But now she loots like she is having a great time! LOL!

I added the beach ball with a piece of acetate so that I looks like it is being
tossed around by the waves.

I added glossy accents to the beach ball and some stickles to the unicorn horn.
I also added glitter accents to the wave die cuts and the waves on the decorative panels.
After it was all put together I also decided to add a sentiment to the front panel.
