I opted to not do a shaker card this week!

I have this sunflower stamp that I just love and 

I wanted to pair it with the Sunflower Sparkle Blend.

I stamped my sunflower image and cut it out with my Scan N Cut

I die cut my base panels and stamped a sunny sentiment on my top panel.

I decided to place the top panel at an angle and placed the sunflower image in the corner.

I added the sequins to the card base as the color. 

I love the large brown sequins and the greens work with this blend perfectly!

and of course the little fimo sunflowers are too cute!

Bunny Love - Doodles Paper Playground

I started this card by die cutting all of my pieces.

I placed the grass on the top pane, added acetate to the window 

and stamped this cute bunny sentiment.

I stamped this cute little bunny and Easter egg form Lawn Fawn.

I added them to my card under the sentiment with foam tape.

I attached my base panel to my card base and laid out my sequins.

I added a few more Easter eggs in the grass 

and sprinkled a few more sequins across the card.

I used the new Sparkle Blends Easter basket 

I love the cute little bunny heads and mini flowers!

I die cut my base panel from this pretty purple cardstock and 

this is a die cut from Cricut.

I am using it as the web to my dream catcher for this card.

I stamped these feathers from Strawberry Jude Stamps on 

some watercolor paper and used Zig Clean Color markers to add color. 

I cut them out with my scan and cut. 

I added some Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide to the web.

I adhered the web to the base panel with a Zig two way glue pen and 

then added the feathers with some scor tape.

For the dream die cut I placed some score tape on the back of the 

paper so that I wouldn't have to try to get glue on the skinny cut. 

So much easier!

I used the star outline and the ink splatters to add 

something extra to the base panel.

Then I added sequins to the web with some glossy accents.

I used sequins from the Sparkle Blends : Vixen set to decorate the web.

I love the pale inks, purples and blues in this set, so dreamy!

I used Strawberry Jude Stamps layering Holly Jolly set.

These leaves had 5 layers.

On the ones on the right I used 5 different colors. 

On the ones on the left, I used clear heat embossing to create the last highlight.

I did about 8 pairs of leaves and 5 sets of holly berries.

I die cut my base panel and my shaker window frame.

I white heat embossed my sentiment so it would pop against the black background.

I attached my base panel to a top folding card base.

I used a double layer of foam tape on my shaker frame.

I measured out my sequins and placed the shaker frame.

I added my holly leaves and berries.

I also added some sequins around my sentiment just to tie it all together.

I had quite a few holly leaves still left so I put together this card, using the leafs to make a wreath and used some of the glitter sequins to decorate it!

Happy Halloween - Doodles paper playground

It is time to pull out my favorite Halloween set!

This is the layering Jack O' Lantern set form Strawberry Jude Stamps.

Whenever I  use this set I always stamp multiples since there are so many steps to this image.

I used all my Lawn Fawn yellows and oranges for the jack o' lantern and pumpkin.

I used a mix of greens for the pumpkin stem.

OK, so I die cut my base panels, die cut a banner and 

white heat embossed my sentiment 

and fussy cut my jack o' lantern

For this card I only used a single layer of foam tape. 

I wanted the sequins to not be able to move around so much.

I added my black base to my card front.

I wanted the sequins to kinda get hung up on themselves so I 

picked out some of the cup sequins to make sure that 

they would get stuck in place.

I added my top panel.

Then I added my jack o' lantern and my banner.

For this card I used three different mixes from Doodles Paper Playgrounds. 

Green With Envy, Orange You Glad and Purple Passion

I love the cup sequins in these mixes, they look like little flowers!
