Doodles Paper Playground - Rainbow Baby

Baby Girl

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I stamped and colored this stork from the Lawn Fawn set Plus One.
I choose this cute rainbow paper because it works great with this sequin blend!
I die cut the panel using stitched rectangle dies and used a die for the shaker window.

I added a double layer of foam tape on the back of the panel
and laid out the sequins on the card front.

Next I placed the card front on the base.

I added the stork to the middle of the window.

I choose to do a layered sentiment banner.
These words are from the same Lawn Fawn set.

I added a few sequins to the front of the card to finish it off.

This is a great card for a very special rainbow baby!

I am also entering this card in the
LAWN FAWNATICS CHALLENGE 77 – OH BABY!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

For this project I used the Shake the Rainbow Sparkle blend.

Congrats Baby Shaker Gate Fold Card - Doodles Paper Playground

Congrats Baby Shaker

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

My brother is having a baby boy in January!
I wanted to make a gate fold car that had a shaker on the inside.

I started with my card base
Click HERE to go to my blog that has the dimensions that I used for this card.

I die cut my shaker frame, added acetate and a single layer of foam so
that the shaker has a low profile and isn't going to bulk up the card.

I spread out my sequins and then placed my shaker frame on top

I used a die cut star on the card belt to hold the sentiment and
used these cute little baby images from Lawn Fawn Plus One

I added the colored paper on the sides flaps and thought it still needed more decor so I added the small stamped stars to the center panel and then
added more sequins to the side panels.

Here is the front of the card.
I added patterned paper to the flaps and kept all the decor
on the inside of the card!

For this card I used the Frozen Sparkle Blend from
Doodles Paper Playground October release.

This release is geared twords the holidays
but I was easily able to use this blend for a non holiday card
by not using the snowflakes and snowmen that were in the mix.
I love that these blends are so versatile.

Welcome Baby Girl - Baby Shower Shaker Card - Doodles Paper Playground

 Welcome Baby Girl

The theme for the baby shower was elephants so
I used Lawn Fawn Love You Tons.
I clear heat embossed and them colored the images with copic markers.
I used the girl elephant on the card and put the boy elephant on the envelope.

I die cut my base panels.
I used Lawn Fawn Puffy Star Stackables to die cut my shaker window.

I stamped a sentiment form Lawn Fawn Little Bundle on my top panel.

I added my acetate window and a double layer of foam tape.

I placed my base panel on my card front and measured out my sequins.
I placed my top panel at an angle, I am really bad at getting things straight so doing this helps me a lot!

I placed my elephant on the front panel.
I also added a few sequins to the front of the card to finish it off.

For this card I used the Sparkle Blend Star Spangled
This is one of the new blends for June so make sure you check out the other new releases!

Welcome Baby set I knew that I needed to make a box card!!

I cut all the pieces to my box card before I start to put it together. . .

Here is the image that I used from the digi set. . .
I used a combo of copic markers and prismacolor colored pencils.

I love how this turned out!

New Baby To Love - Doodles Paper Playground

 Rub-A-Dub-Dub

As soon as I got these sequins I knew they would be great for a baby bathtub shaker!

I stamped my bathtub and cut the inner part out with my Scan-n-Cut.

I added the bubbles to the bath tub and used a die around the image to create my top panel.
While I was die cutting I also did my base panels.
I choose yellow so that this card can be given to anyone who is expecting. . .

I layered my base panels and stamped out some
cute rubber duckys and colored them with copic markers.

I created the shaker well and filled it sequins.

I put a backing on the shaker well and then leveled out the rest of the panel with a double layer of foam tape and then added it to my card base.

I added my sentiment in a matching yellow ink.

I placed my rubber ducky, and a few sequins to the front of the card.
I added some Wink of Stella on the bubbles then a good layer of  glossy accents.

I used Fairy Dust Sparkle Blends from
Doodles Paper Playground.
I love the iridescent sequins
and it has so many shapes.
