Hope Your Holidays Are Poppin!

Hope Your Holidays Are Poppin!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Hello!
I hope that you have been having a very happy holiday!

I saw a card in one of my Facebook groups and had to steal this sentiment!
I absolutely love it!

Obviously it is perfect to use with the Lawn Fawn Let's Toast set.

I decided to use a pop tart for this and wanted to add a Santa hat, I created a mask of the Santa hat using sticker paper. I stamped out the hat, applied the sticker and then stamped the tart.
I used two techniques to color the tart and hat, copic and colored pencils and gamsol. I also added fake fluffy snow to the Santa hat.

For the toaster I just used grey copics.

I was able to piece together the sentiment using a line from the Merry Mice set and then used Quinn's ABC's for the Poppin. I colored it in with colored pencil and gamsol to match my pink theme.

I used the Let's Toast pull tab add on to create the interactive portion of my card.

Then I added individual sequins to give my card sparkle!
These sequins matched my pink Christmas theme perfectly!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

For this card I used the The Little Piggy Sparkle Blend.
These large sequins are perfect pink iridescence!

Make A Wish - Doodles Paper Playground

Make A Wish

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I used the Critters Ever After set from Lawn Fawn
I stamped out my images and colored them
 with copic markers
and cut them out with a die.

On the castle, I layered the door and two of the roofs to give it a little more dimension.

My bottom base panel is just a plain panel
and on the top panel
I created the window for my shaker and used a
cloud die on the side.

I place a strip of striped washi tape along the
side of the base panel.
I placed the dragon and a few glitter cloud
outline die cuts.

I used my standard double layer of
foam tape on this card.
I measured out my sequins.

Placed my top panel. .

Added the castle and another little cloud die.
I also added a sentiment to the top corner and a few single sequins to finish off the card.

I used the Dragon Glass Sparkle Blend on this card. . . I love all the different shades of black!

Lucky - Doodles Paper Playground

Lucky

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I stamped my image from Mommy Lhey and colored with copic markers.

I die cut all my panels and shaker pieces. . .

 layered my base panels . . .

And used a double layer of foam tape on my shaker window
and laid out my sequins.

I love how full this shaker is!
I wanted to get all the great bits of this shaker mix in the card. . .

I stamped my word and white heat embossed it.
I die cut it out to look like a ticket stub.

I attached my word and my lucky lady to my card.

I used the Good Luck Charm blend on this card. . .
Obviously perfect for St. Patrick day cards!

BOO-tiful Day! - Doodles Paper Playground

Have A BOO-tiful Day!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I die cut my top panel and stamped all my images and
colored them with copic markers.

I added my acetate and a double layer of foam tape to the back.

I loaded my wells with sequins and use a strip of
paper to to close the shaker well.

I added my top panel to a card base.

I stamped my sentiment on a die cut banner.

I added all my monster images and added some sequins to the front of the card to finish it off.

On this card I used
Doodles Paper Playground Mardi Gras Parade Sparkle Blend.
I love the mix of green and purple and gold in this blend

Out Of This World - Doodles Paper Playground

Have an Out Of This World Birthday

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I used alcohol ink paper and micro glaze for this background.
I laid down my layer of color and sealed it with the micro glaze.

I added  few layers of chipped sapphire and black soot and my galaxy star flecks using Finetec Iridescent paint and some perfect pearls water.
then I sealed it again with the micro glaze.

I die cut all of my panels. . .

Stamped and colored my images. . .

I used the Lawn Fawn Pull Tab add on to create the
interactive portion of my card. . .
I used acetate to give my self more pop up options. . .

I attached the images to the slider base.
the space ship will go on the little front panel.

I white heat embossed the sentiment.
To get rid of the anti static residue I just buff my panel
with my black soot distress blending tool.

Now everything is ready to assemble. . .
I attached the sentiment panel with a single layer of foam tape
so the images have plenty of sliding space.
I also used a single layer of foam tap between the galaxy panel and
the base panel and to finish the card I added some matching sequins.
I attached it to a top folding card base.

Here is the card with the images hidden.
I love how this card turned out!

On this card I used sequins from
This is one of my favorite mixes! I love all the different star sizes and colors!
